How can I replace the version to be compatible?

From what I can see your custom 3rd party template is loading Bootstrap 3.x, which is not the default Bootstrap version used in Joomla! 3.x: 2.3.2. All of our extensions are designed to follow the Joomla! standard and require Bootstrap 2.3.2 for a proper display and functionality. It would be best to contact your template developers directly regarding this matter.

Hi,

Our T3 framework implements Bootstrap 3 since there are so many advantages it brings out. The Bootstrap 4 is coming already.

You can share the credentials of your site and clarify the issue so I will take a look.
