Can the 2.5 version of this template be made to look on mobile devices like the 3.0 version enabling bootstrap? If so, can you please help me with a quick step-by-step on how to add bootstrap to the 2.5 version?

We have no plans to upgrade this template to include Bootstrap for 2.5 version

This is request regarding to JOOMLA core, you should also raise this in the Joomla forum, you might get better answers there.

I have searched on internet this link to guide is very simple about add bootstrap into Joomla 2.5 you can refer it here
