Hi,

There’s a 5px line across the bottom of the main (top) menubar that I would like to edit.

Can anyone tell me where that is?

You can change border value, color code here accordingly ::

.ja-megamenu {mega.css (line 20)
border-bottom: 5px solid #000000;
padding: 0;
}

That worked great for the Joomla content, but that 5px border still appears on the k2 categories. Any idea where that is?

Please re-check as the color can tend to change with profile assignment for menu item ids through profile override settings. tab in template parameters.

If you wish to have in global color, You can remove in all profiles assigment and have only default set for all pages
