Hi sometime ago when I was building my site i removed the bottom menu bar; the solid part that had reset user settings, joomla, and teh community on it.

Now I can’t remember what I did as I want to put it back.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

That section is a module position called footnav. Take a look at the demo and use the demo builder to work out which parts you need to re-apply.

Thanks. I knew the position and if I enable the module that I think it is I only get the T3 Framework and copyright info. I guess i must have done something when I was building the site http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com

Where do you find the demo builder?

Here are the instructions for the demo builder – http://www.joomlart.com/blog/news-updates/play-before-you-pay-introducing-ja-demo-builder

You can use that to see any of the default from the demo settings in the back end and play around for a bit. The other alternative and the one I prefer as you are already a member would be to install the quickstart on your home machine using Wamp – http://www.wampserver.com/en/ or Mamp if you are a Mac user – http://www.mamp.info/en/index.html

With this tool you can have any quickstart running on your desktop machine in less than 5 minutes with none of that messy uploading etc. Getting used to this way of working really is worth the effort. Whenever a user has a problem I download the latest release and install it to my Wamp setup. It takes me longer to download the package than to to have it installed and running.
