May I remind you that sending forum members unsolicited, which is without their personal permission, Private Messages is in breach with JA Forum Rules.

As I have already asked you previously, please raise the issues you may have with JA products publicly, without targeting any JA Staff or experienced customers via PM.

If you fail to heed this warning and continue inappropriate conduct, I’ll have to formally report you to our Senior Administrators, who at their discretion may consider banning you from the JA Members Only Forum and revoking your JA license.

As our customer you have not only rights but responsibilities as well.

Hi Alex,

I was not aware of any illegal behavior, neither did I know that I am not allowed to send details via PM.
Especially, because one of your colleagues asked me to do so.

The items I raised in the PM, are all described in public threads, I only sent some personal details via PM and summarized the issues that I also wrote down in the public forum.

What do you propose me to do, to get the issues solved?
