I worked it out.

Modified templates > ja_rasite > layouts > blocks breadcrump.php
and changed this

<strong><?php echo JText::_(‘You are here’)?>:</strong> <jdoc:include type=”module” name=”breadcrumbs” />

to this

<strong><?php echo JText::_(‘You are here’)?></strong> <jdoc:include type=”module” name=”breadcrumbs” />
