You have some permissions issues on the directories that are holding your css files. Those files should, under normal circumstances, load into the browser when hit directly. Yours throw a permission error when I try to pull them up in the browser. Check the permissions on the following files:

    http://www.askamber.com/templates/ja_shopping_ii/css/template_css.css
    http://www.askamber.com/templates/ja_shopping_ii/css/wide_layout.css

So basically the world cannot read your css files so the site gets no style sheet.

I was wrong. Here is a solution that will work:

Open up your configuration.php file in the root and find the livesite value and add “www.” in front of it.

Issue has been resolved, I have moved to a new hosting provider and changed template.

The issue was with the hosting provider:

    “found that it was
our connection limiter. It was set a little to tight and not allowing
more than 1 person at a time to connect to the style sheet. My apologies
    for the inconvenience.”

    Thanks to all who helped
