    Hey guys,

The K2 Filter module is AWESOME, really skillful work, but we have some issues with it.

1, If you go to http://redbuttononline.com you’ll see that the module only works as long as you are not on a K2 page. As soon as you do a search using the module or go to a different menu item (excluding “Affiliate Program” and “Home”) the module stops displaying and working properly. Instead of the extra fields filters a bunch of empty input fields turn up.

A little clue: If I set “yes” to “Display labels inline” (or something like that) in the module parameters (not in the plugin), the broken white input fields start displaying the word “Category….” inside them.

We have no idea why all this is happening but we already tried it on another site too. (a test site)

Does anyone has any idea why this might happen?

2, I realize this is not exactly a bug, since it works the same way on the demo site, but could the module and the other stuff on the results page NOT be displayed? Or at least not on top of the actual search results? Sadly it’s quite useless this way since visitor has to scroll down an entire page (on low-res monitors, laptops) to get to the results.

It would work if you could just make it so that the search results are on the top of the page, and all the search parameters and the modules are below the actual results.

    Thanks!

    Dear Sir,
There are my answers for your question on support center page:
    1. I checked your problems, and there were bugs of ja_k2filter module. I updated latest version of jak2filter module on your site, now you can see it work fine.
Here is bug tracking url: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAECMODKIIFILTER-48
when you set “Yes” to “display labels inline” there are some js errors.

    2. you can use javascript to hide search form on result page.

    3. You can translate the word “Any” on the “en-GB.plg_search_jak2_filter.ini” file in location “administratorlanguageen-GB”.

    Dear support,

can you please add the bug fixes to the download files?
I downloaded & installed the module and plugins on the 13th of marcht 2011, and I have exactly the same problem: a whole bunch of empty fields show up in the module.
