the site frontpage layout of my client’s site is broken.
the inner pages on the other hand are ok.
we can’t seem to trace the problem.
i attached some screenshots.
the first two screenshots are shots of the frontpage withthe broken layout.
the last screenshot is a shot of the inner page that is ok.

if the problem is only visible in IE, you should apply the temporary fix by inserting metatag emulating ie7 in your templateif the problem is visible in all browsers, have a look if any div-tag is left open. usually that’s the problem….

April 20, 2009 at 9:56 am #301958another possible problem is that your users pasted from documents. make sure you paste from format free editors like notepad to prevent unecessary tags from being added to your joomla editor

http://businessmirror.com.ph/I also advised my users to save all their contents in txt format so that when they copy and paste, there wouldn’t be any problems.
by the way, everything was fixed for 6 months. it’s the first time that this happened 😀
