Please see attached images for reference of broken layout when viewing the site with a mobile. (Android 4.2 and 4.3, with latest Firefox, Chrome and Internet browser, screen resolution 1080×1920).

How to fix this?

There is no “Ask a question about this product” enabled in your demo page.
I checked both with mobile and desktop, no luck.

However, the below error happens when I click on “manufacturer” in detailed view.

Still broken on both mobile and desktop on your demo site.

Hi,

I think the difference is that when I click on the link, I get a modal popup, wheres it seems yours open up as an article page.

I have tested across multiple computers, browsers and phones. All experience the same problem. I have never once gotten it to load without modal popup… how did you do that?

In the left side, under vm – manufacturer title, I click one of the item.

Correct me if I’m wrong and also tell me step by step to see above error

Thank you. It worked fine.

One note though. If you are using a theme, one must edit the css under the theme folder. /templates/ja_hawkstore/css/THEMENAME/vmsite-ltr.css

Other than that, your solution was perfect. Thank you.
