Hey,
I have been playing around with my teline site.
Now in firefox on my work laptop everything looks fine, But in IE6 all the modules on the right hand side appear underneath the banner.
At home in IE7 everything looks fine.
My work laptop is standard screen size. How do I fix this? as i would imagine most people still use IE6
Cheers,
Timbor.

November 13, 2007 at 8:44 pm #232777Can you try to unpublish the banner module and see if it helps then? I guess its the banner that is to wide or its the Joomlart logo you have in the ja-news module at bottom right. Try to remove one by one and you will find out who causes the error

November 13, 2007 at 11:37 pm #232794Your ads are too wide also. If you want to see a current golf site with the Teline template check mine out at http://www.oregonsgolf.com. It’s called Oregon’s Golf.com.
November 15, 2007 at 12:56 am #232857thanks for that,
This is in testing at the moment, I know the pics are too large for the banner module.
Take a look again in a few weeks, it will be totally different.
Timbor.
PS,
Do u make any money out of that website?

November 15, 2007 at 5:42 am #232861I have in the past. I’ve had this website for 7 years but I shut it down last year for a while to search for a better way to develop a website. This is when I discovered Joomla and there was a little bit of a learning curve to adjust to. So, this is the first site I have developed using Joomla. The site was very popular back then and I restarted about 5 months ago. I need to get all the course information back onto the site and it should fly again. Readership has been growing quite a bit lately and that will lead back to producing advertorials and banner adverstising again. The other plus that I really enjoy is all the free golf and full access to top courses for photography purposes. I have sold a number of photos to magazines and have also written articles that have also been published, All those perks came from producing the site for so long. So if this is your first go with a golf website it will take time to realize an income from it but it can come in many forms. 😎
