The browser title says "Healthcare Responsive Joomla Template – JA Healthcare"

I control this in a menu setting, but nothing changes.
Why does it not act like all the other menus?
Where do I change it?

Ope Menu > Home > options > Page display > browser page title.
Change or remove it as per needs

Sorry, I was not clear.

I control this in a menu setting, but nothing changes.

• means I usually use the Page Display tab in menu setting to change this – I did this – no change

Any other ideas?
