Comment Bug

If an image has a description and an anonymous user tries to post a comment the following two things happen.

1- comment isn’t added
2- hit count is reset

If an image doesn’t have a description and an anonymous user tries to post a comment everything works correctly.

If you sort the gallery by “comment”, the images that had descriptions and comments are in the list but the comment isn’t there.

Can someone out there try to help me with this?

Nguoiabcd,

What I’ve found is that when you update the description on an image it automatically resets the hit counter for the image file. See attached screen shots.

The Anonymous comment appears to be working now but with one problem. it doesn’t display the name of the person posting the comment.

Is there a way to correct that? I’d like it to display the name entered in the comment form field.

Also, is there a way to stop RS2G from resetting the hit counter when the description is updated?

Any time I open an image file in RS2G and then hit the save button the hit count is reset. How do i stop this from happening?

Can I correct this problem?

I don’t want the hit counter to reset whenever I modify a file name or description.

Any ideas?
