It looks great but when I click on the Jobs menu I get this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/proofrea/public_html/components/com_jajobboard/helper/jafunctions.class.php on line 0

Oh, and it looses it’s style sheet too.

    #### UPDATE ##### It wasn’t a bug, I just needed to activate the 30 day free trial. It looks good though.

    Cheers,

    J.

    Hi J

You need to do the following for the error to go – login to admin panel on joomla
Go to components – JA Job Board
In that you can either activate the 30 day trial or enter a license key…
Then the error would go and the JA Job Board panel would be visible…
    cheers!

    Cheers, all sorted now.

It looks really good but now I’ve seen the price, I’m gonna have to do some serious thinking. I hoped that Developers would maybe get an introductory discount for a limited period as we would help them test and find bugs.

    Heres hoping!:(

    Cheers,

    J.

Yes…they should think of giving a discount to existing developer members. The price looks steep and secondly…its still in “development stage” so we should be given a first mover advantage…

That’s highly unlikely to happen going by the way things have been over the passed year that I’ve been here.

I disagree to some extent…. like when they started magento club they offered existing members some discount…

Just been browsing, it’s not very compatible with a few of the templates currently offered. Fairly unpretty to look at in parts and strangely, like a few of the JA templates, riddled with tables…

That and the JA footer forced onto the pages if in trial mode only I guess, really doesnt go down to well if you need to show it as a demo to prospective clients.
