in the backend, we can’t see comments to moderate !
The list is empty, but there is comment. See screenshot for more understanding.

Can you help us please ?

Please try to re-install JA Comment by using Joomla Extension Manager. Then let me know the result.

Ok, but we try to upload the com_jacomment.v2.5.3.zip with the JoomlArt Extensions Uploader, we have this error message :

JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist …/www/tmp/install_5134ad440590c/admin/installer/update/2.5.x/index.html

Oups sorry, I think you said that I must install with the JAEM.

So I tried again with the Joomla Extensions Manager.
And I have this error message :

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Failed deleting system_jacomment.php

And this message :

JA Comment is installed successfully!
Install module mod_jaclatest_comments.zip: Success
Install plugin plg_button_jacommentoff.zip: Success
Install plugin plg_button_jacommenton.zip: Success
Install plugin plg_jacomment.zip: Success
Install plugin plg_search_jacomment.zip: Success
Install plugin plg_system_jacomment.zip: Success
Install plugin plg_system_janrain.zip: Success

And now we can see the comments to moderate.

And just for curiosity, do you have a explanation about the problem ?

Hello dieudonne,

Latest JA Comment was developed to be compatible between Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. Some files were changed and different from the older. So installation file didn’t find the old. But this problem won’t appear in next update.
