I getting these errors while attempting to install Methys j1.7.

Hi coalition

I need more information about your issue, where you are installing your site ? local or web server ?

Have you checked the version of the Mysql ? Php version ?

Please update with these informations and we will analyze the issue

I am using the latest MAMP Pro (MacBook Pro) as the server, and the issue arises in both php 5.2 and 5.3. All other JA Jumpstarts are working well, except Methys.

MySQL Server version: 5.5.9
php 5.2.17, and php 5.3.6

Hi coalition

I have downloaded and installed the Ja_Methys 1.7 quickstart package without any problem

Try to redownlaoad the zip file maybe was corrupted during download

otherwise if you have a web space try to install there, so you can check if the problem is in our template’s file or in yor Mamp server

Well, I have installed EVERY JA Theme on my MAMP Pro stack without a problem. JA Methys has bugs in the database population step. That is after I enter username, password, database name and prefix, the error below occurs. I believe it has to do with some of the database table prefixes having a double “_” in them, but I’m not sure. I have had NO OTHER problems with any other templates, or quickstarts, just JA Methys for Joomla 1.7.

Get a Mac and Use the latest MAMP Pro, and you’ll see what I mean.
