Hello,
I can confirm that JA Teline IV, index.php file in the template folder has a bug…. That’s why my site was not loading for over many hours.
The bug is in this line of codes:
else { //Need to install or enable JAT3 Plugin echo JText::_(‘Missing jat3 framework plugin’)};
To fix, just rewrite us:

else { //Need to install or enable JAT3 Plugin
echo JText::_(‘Missing jat3 framework plugin’)};

That way, the comment will not comment out the closing brace…
Do I get a JA component (joomboard or extension subscrition for finding out this bug? 🙂

Hi dcasmr,

I did check out our templates/ja_teline_iv/index.php, could see that these two lines are separated totally by our dev.
Please compare the same with the original index.php file included in the teline IV template zip file.
