The social media icons in the upper right hand corner sometimes double down. Click on Blog for example, and the upper menu doubles in thickness because two of the social icons go down. See screenshot.

I have just fixed the problem directly on your site. This is the solution to do that

Open templates/ja_fixel/tpls/blocks/header.php file

Line 51:

Change
