    Hi,

    I’m currently using your templates on multiple domains, but I have the impression that the authentication doesn’t seem to work.

    Below you can see the screen as it has been showing for over 10 minutes now.
    It looks like logging in doesn’t work.
    When manually closing (despite the image suggesting it’s not done yet), the upgrader works though.

    Could u add you JA Login and password in the JA Extension manager component > http://prntscr.com/bboeg8
    And then is it showing any kind of error ?
    If yes please open the Forum > Your profile page and reset your password and then add new password in JAEM .

    That’s the problem… it isn’t showing any error, it just keeps showing the "walking blocks" (for over 10 minutes), giving the impression that the login is failing. I don’t think it fails, because updates actually work if I click on the "cancel" button.
