Hello how can I make a module that will popup videos like the new JA Droid template does with images. I want to make a video gallery like ja droid photo gallery Thanks

The droid gallery is a custom module with images surrounded by the japopup tag as in this example
{japopup type=”image” title=”Swimming pool” content=”images/stories/gallery/ga-2.jpg” }{/japopup}

japopup is a plugin available in droid download area and can be used in anion fine, just download the japopup plugin install as per normal , enable iit and format your items like the included example, that is, the content must point to the image location as per example in red. for full idea, open photo gallery module in JA Droid to see how its done

hello Thanks for your help i still cant get this to work. I make the custom module but it looks like this . I installed ja popup from ja droid files I then copy code from ja droid custom module

then I uploaded all the images from ja droid photo gallery into the folder images/stories/gallery but it wont work. I also want it to be videos that popup not images. if I cant get the image to popup im sure a video wont work yet. Please Help i have been stuck on this for almost a week im sure i am just doing somthing wrong. :confused: :-[

Your image shows that none of the images are being found by the module, i I use JCE editor with some JCE specific brought plugins to insert videos etc.

Look at the Joomla Extensions directory for video plugins http://extensions.joomla.org/search?q=video+popups&q=video
or read up on the useage parameters of JApopup, http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-popup-plugin/ as it does suport videos but I never use it

I still cant get this to work I dont know what I am doing wrong but I cant get the ja popup to work. I did exactly what you said to do i did what the ja popup usage guide said to do but it still looks like the image I posted before. I decided I want a photo gallery and video gallery but I want to get the photo gallery working first the video gallery can wait untill Ja popup is working with images. Pease Help I dont understand why it wont work?:((

I can’t imagine what’s going wrong either. You say you’ve followed teh ja popup guide , then I can safely assume you have published teh japopup plugin? If your site is live please post a url so we can look at the pathing to the images, as you can see in your image the images do not show as the pathing is incorrect

I change the default template to JA_Purity JA Popup works so it has to be something with the JA_Anion Template that causes this error
