March 13, 2009 at 5:15 pm #139089Here is an interesting issue or bug that I discovered. If you disable the Highlight Module, the entire JA Slideshow area disappears. I would like to have some insight on this issue please.
March 20, 2009 at 1:13 pm #296992Hi joev, I think I have the same error popping up. However, can you explain which module you disable. You mention “Highlite Module”, I can’t find it in my list.
Please explain more in detail about this.
March 20, 2009 at 6:06 pm #297027In the jaslideshow2 section to the right the “Highlight Module” is what he is talking about. In the module manager, Highlight module. If you check to disable, then the whole jaslideshow2 will not display. Any ideas???

March 21, 2009 at 2:13 am #297092Hi Ccmsab. Mttech is correct. It’s the module that has a title of Highlight Module, next to the slideshow. I have attached a screen shot for reference. I do have a fix from support on this issue, but I have not tested it yet. As soon as I test the fix, I will post the solution. Thanks.
March 21, 2009 at 12:58 pm #297155Hi joev.
I solved this problem by enabling position user5 one gets the slidshow position to appear.
Hope it works for you as well!
