In the less file

/templates/uber/acm/features-intro/less/style-11.less

there is the definition of a z-index: 20 right at the start.

.acm-features {
position: relative;
z-index: 20;


Those css properties are transferred to every .acm-feature class so that everything with that class overlaps the header if it is sticky. See screenshot.

Thanks for report ,Can provide details how to reproduce this issue step by step , as i checked demo site and fresh package of Uber but there is no issue like in your screenshot .
