Greetings,

Steps to replicate the error:
1. Turn on System Cache (Global Configuration -> System -> System Cache = Yes (File Handler)
2. In JA Voice front end, post a voice then wait and post another voice. Captcha refuses to validate.
3. Clean System Cache, retry. Now it works.
