When I try to upload pictures a album like using this path

USERNAME/photos/uploader

It look like below.

JomSocial 2.2.4
JA Social 1.2.0
J1.7

This is in Jomsocial?
Have you checked Jomsocials forum/support?
In reference to this and your other Kunena question – Joomlart does not develop, nor support those products.
If you’re having problems with the functions of those products I would try reaching out to the developers of those components for assistance.
