Hello, I got an error message when trying to install the JA News Ticker module (screen shot attached).
It says "impossible to find the installation pack" and "impossible to find the xml file".
Could you please tell me how to fix this problem?

Hi
Kindly unzip the package and then install the zip file of the JA News ticker module .
