Login form, you have already implemented in Joomla core. But for more complex forms you have to install some components, modules…Look on Joomla site (extensions.joomla.org). Be aware, that good ones are commercial.

Hi tublo!

You can either use the Login module which is provided by Joomla by default, or you can create a menu item linked to the Login page.
