I just buy ja Developer membership,
but can’t download ja builder pro now.
just can download ja builder.

how to solve it？

Hello,

All members can download JA Builders files .

However in order to unlock JA Builder full features, you need to login to the builder with your developer account after installation.

You can login by clicking the button GO PREMIUM / LOGIN like in the attached screenshot.
