Can any one build a template up on the T3 frame work and release it via payment or free?

The copyright in the code wont be removed but no front end T3 logo would be shown.

So could some one use the framework and then sell templates based on T3?

Are there any additional permissions that need to be taken?

You can read about the copyright regarding JAT3 framework >> http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Copyright

You can also check the licensing terms for JA products >>http://www.joomlart.com/joomlart/licenses . T3 framework is 100% GNU/GPL, you can use it while retaining all the due credits in the file system.

Just to make it clear, you cannot copy over the CSS/ JS from OTHER JA products (templates / modules) to T3 framework and sell it, as for all the other JA Products CSS / JS /images are released under JA Properitary license.
