In the Template screenshots and modules guide for this template, there is a Section B.

I would like to fill this area with google adlink ads. Is that possible? I already created a module for this. But I don’t know how to place it in B.

It is what the CoolAds module display. Please read the manual guide about CoolAds configuration for more information.
