Hello,

I just Install business10 on my joomla 2.5.7 site. Unfortunately it is not working. Please have a look what is the problem?

user name: admin
Password: 123456

Please let me know if it possible to solve and what was the problem

Not a good idea to leave the admin name and password up for any hacker to take control of your site.

Delete this, change the password and open a ticket for support.

Dear swissa,

Thank you for your advice. There is no problem with the security as this is testing site. But I need to know why this kind of problem happened?

I just install that template and make it default. After that this is not working. If I chose any other template that is fine.

SO why this is happened?????

Security should be a worry. I don’t know how your hosting is configured but any open door can allow access to the whole of your hosting area. Then it will become a problem.

I haven’t loked at the backend but just the front end show you have a 500 error which could be anything. Look at the hosting logs to see where the fault is.

I don’t know the template business10. I haven’t ever seen this template from JA – is it a JA template? Do you mean JA Business? If it is then you should be showing that you are a licensed member if you bought the template. If you haven’t bought it then really you can expect no help from any of the support or development team here.
