hi, i made some changes to the CSS template to dec the size of the LHS column a bit. i just need a pointer on where to look if i want to fix the main nav bar. i would like to:

1. reduce the buttons width a bit so all buttons can fit on the same line on wide mode (default).
2. shift the main nav bar slightly to the right so it is aligned with the content body.
