Hi,

I have a big problem between Package and subscription system.

Case 1:
Employer A has no job posting left in his balance.
Now he buys 1 month subscription which is unlimited job posting for 1 month.

Problem: Even thought he successfully bought the 1 month subscription. He still cannot post a new job because he has no job posting left in his balance.

Case 2:
Employer B’s subscription plan has been expired one month ago.
He decide to buy one job posing package.
Employer B has bought 1 Job posting package. Now he has 1 job posting left in his balance.

Problem: He cannot post a new job because his subscription has been expired.

It seems that people need to buy subscription and package separately to post a new job..
Now, I am really confused with this Package and subscription system. It seems they are NOT working together.
Should I disable one of them???? or Did I configure something wrong in the job board system???

Please advise me ASAP. My site is now LIVE……………

Hi David,

A employer need to have a both sucription and package available for job posting.
– Subscription: set time for permissions which can not count as view resumes, search resumes, …
– Package: for permissions which can count as post jobs, ….
