November 26, 2012 at 9:54 pm #182606When we make changes through the front end the changes don’t take effect when we save the item. If we press F5 the page doesn’t refresh until we go to the backend and clear the cache. Please can you help?
Thank you

Hi Mike:
So what you’re saying is that every time you try to make a change, the change does not display until you clear your cache?
Are you having to clear your browser’s cache, or the JAT3 cache?
Which browser are you using?

I’ve created a Help Desk ticket for you … for our JA Devs to look at further.
Obviously, you shouldn’t need to be clearing the JAT3 cache with every single change/modification you make.Luna Garden ModeratorLuna Garden

Hi Gingerdesign,
If you change setting of module, but module set cache, then of course you have to clear the cache.
Can you PM me your site info (admin account and FTP account) and please describe more about what you modified but didn’t work.

December 3, 2012 at 7:39 am #474995Hi Mike,
We have checked your site and your cache is still working well. The problem is when you are using two templates, and each menu is assigned to different template / theme. You have to notice what theme / template which the menu is belonged to.
