June 30, 2011 at 2:03 pm #165828Hi,
I am trying to optimize my site and I have a numerous problems. I have read many threads on the optimization and speeding up loading time on various sites. The options I have enabled right now are:
On the JA Social template: Optimize CSS (Join & Minify & Compress), Optimize JS (Join & Minify & Compress), and Cache Mode (Disabled).
On the Global Configuration: GZIP Page Compression (No), Cache (No).
Plugging: JA Compress (Enabled).
Also using sh404SEF.
I have ordered the plug-ins like this: (1) all other plug-ins, (2) next SEF related, (3) next JA Compress, and (4) next JA T3 Framework.
The main problem I face is when I try to enable either Cache Mode on the JA Social Template or from the Global Configuration (with JA Compress enabled or not), the front page of the site behaves strange on IE and Chrome (looses css rendering) and in Firefox the FB Share this button and Comments button on the front page news do not load at all.
Any suggestions on this issue and how to speed up my site are highly appreciated.
Thanks

Regards</blockquote>Hi,
I still have not seen any response to this issue! This is now a major problem for me, since I can increase the speed by caching but I loose the front page buttons that I mentioned above. Please help me out as this is quite urgent. Look at the attached image for a more graphical explanation of the problem.
Thanks.

Charis
