In set ‘Development mode’ to ON, ‘Caching’ to DISABLE (Joomla cache is also off), but I see new files appearing in /t3-assets/ folder. The same if to set “Development mode” to OFF.

And Chrome Timeline panel shows continuously reports “Time Fired” events…

Is it a normal (expected) behavior of the T3 framework?

Don’t worry about the file cached in t3-assets folder. If the content of file changed, the file name changed also. Therefore, you always get your file update in browser.

The cache option are applied for html output. If the Development mode is ON, your modification will take effect immediately.
