Your site is using VM3.2.
The latest package of JA Megastore is tested with VM 3.2.1 version only.
Kindly use installs the VM 3.2.1, I am also sharing this issue details to the development team for future updates.I Will update you here once I have an update for VM3.2.2

i did this
At approx line 256, where there is condition to show child categories and I replaced:

    if (VmConfig::get('showCategory', 1)) {
    echo $this->loadTemplate('showcategory');
    }

by this:

if ($this->cat_productdetails)  {
echo $this->loadTemplate('showcategory');
}

but not working

you have access to the ftp of site

please check it

Sorry for delay the template updated for the VM3.2.2 may take some time as there are changes in VM that need to put on template override.
As u said u are facing same issue with VM3.2.1
Can u please give elme site details on which u are using this version and getting error? I will check it in top priority for sure.

The current site is using VM3.2.2 the template is only ready for VM3.2.1 att this time.
