Hi Guys,

How do you set it up so that when a new user creates an account, using the create an account feature, I get a notification?

You will get a notification automatically as part of the feature. I set it up on my website and tried to create a few accounts. Works well so far.

Just wanted to check as I need to build a mailing list for all the people that open accounts.

I created some users but I have not received any emails notifying me that there are new users.

Hi Origomedia,

Actually, it does not have the email notification features. You can do a quick search on Joomla Extension, it can probably be a plugin as well, you might find such extensions with build-in notification features.
