Sorry if this question has been posed / answered but I’ve searched the forum and can’t find…

Can I simply exchange Teline_iii Stable Release files v1.1 with the Teline_iii Beta Files (residing on FTP server) without breaking anything?

(BTW, Awesome! template. Would love to see some customising/modifying of the ‘look’ from the user base).

Unless you have modified the BETA files then there should be no problem with overwriting them so the answer to your question is yes.

The answer to your response Scotty is NO!

There are problems with modules, namely, the megamenu & ja-tabs, which have reared an ugly head. Since I replaced the beta files with the stable version files on (ftp) upload.

So the post is not answered and I’d appreciate some direction, if possible, as to why the megameu and Ja-tabs module are not behaving as expected.

I.E they’re are not showing up on the Front Page (page reload) and I cannot figure out why I can’t activate said modules within (the front page) as per the beta.

Ahh… the col-mass became the col-mass 1. It seems!

Still can’t figure out the mega-menu behaviour but working on it! 🙂

I think scotty is referring to just the template and not all of its associated extensions. These you should uninstall and install the latest versions. This should in no way affect your site unless you have made custom changes to your modules.
