Is it possible for me to use the Adobe Fireworks CS3 to modifiy the existing source files in the PSD format?

Is there a tutorial or similar on how to edit the PSD source files?

yes im quite sure Adobe Fireworks CS3 can open and edit psd’s aswell.

Not sure there is a guide around.

Yes.

There are zillions of Photoshop and Fireworks available on Google

Can someone give me the main guidelines on how to edit and update the PSD source file?

I think this is quite a common request, as one can see that there is a thorough tutorial on this subject on other joomla template makers (eg. RocketTheme).

My hope is that someone within the Joomlart community will make such a tutorial 🙂
