K2 is a Joomla compatible component. As such, it can/should work with virtually any Joomla based template – provided the version of K2 you want to use is compatible with the Joomla version of the template you want to use.

You will, of course, need to style the various elements yourself (i.e. modify the K2 CSS files to fit your site styles) … but it should work.
