Please navigate to admin >>> Components >>> Contacts >>> Contacts >>> make sure you create new contact and link to that user first.

Have you taken a look at the Attachment? (1º Post) Attached images again.

Hi @carlucci,

Regarding Joomla! official documentation, you will have to enable Content – Contact plugin in order to make it work. I enabled the plugin and you can see the link to author page now, please recheck.
