Hi JA Team and friends
my problem was: i cant choose any other color design on admin panel but i solved.
solved like so:
Plase go to the Global Setting => Click to the Server Tab -=> and Disable the FTP mode in there

Also, Please check for following::
1) Ensure to clear your browser cache after making changes
2) Ensure to have params.ini file set to 777 i.e writable
