I have changed the permissions to 777 and it has worked. I have updated the template to the latest version. Thank you for that.
However, I have noticed that a newer version of “Content – JA Comment” plugin was released today, as well as the component and the module. I have updated the component and module. When I was trying to upgrade the plugin, I received an error message:
Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.
What does that mean?
I have created task on our bug tracker system for this issue.
You can check status of that task at the link

Please go into the “Configurstions” menu item on the left in the JA Extensions manager and then press the “Save” button to set your paths correctly.
If you want to upgrade any JA Extensions that you need a subscription for then also go into the “Services Manager” item and for “Joomlart Updates” edit it to contain your Joomla Art login details.
