Hi there,

I’ve installed JA voice, configured it, and Now I’m trying to post and idea so visitors can see it and cote on it. the problem is If I create a new voice through admin, it simply doesn’t save anything.

If I try to add one from the front end I get the following message:” Sorry. You don’t have permissions to post a new Ideas”

How do I go about posting new ideas?

Things to look at would be permission levels set for making front end posts.
I would also check and see if site is in development mode. have you viewed the user guide also?
