I have to copies of the same site on different servers
one on Shared and one on VPS
What is happening is that whan I add a catagorie to any module that generates a list on the home page. In mega menu or page content the url that is produced is different on the two site, but they are exactley the same site.
http://46.22.129.126/index.php/186-rights-legislation/discrimination/541-the-equality-authority (this link if visited from the index page just revisits the index page and does not work) but works if clicked on when in a different section.

Whats the issue.
I have tried to turn off SEF Urls but this makes no difference.
