The ‘header’ I understand.
But if I make a ‘contact’ page, it doesn’t look like in the demo :((
Would somebody be so kind and explain it to me?

Hi smartmax

You need to configure your contact as showed HERE

To create Contacts page like demo site, you must go to Components >> Contacts >> Contact Name Here to configure – Backend Settings –
