    First off, my url is http://www.nypdmo.com

    Second as you can see from the logo on the top, its light green. I want to make it just like the rest of the background. I’m new to joomla and here’s what I did with the header in template.css

    /* HEADER

    ——————————————————— */

    #ja-headerwrap {

    background: url(../images/) repeat-x top white;

    color: #black;

    line-height: normal;

    height: 260px;

    }

    #ja-header {

    position: relative;

    height: 272px;

    }

    #ja-header a {

    color: #black;

    }

    h1.logo, h1.logo-text {

    margin: 0 0 0 5px;

    padding: 0;

    font-size: 200%;

    text-transform: uppercase;

    }

    h1.logo a {

    width: 1024px;

    display: block;

    background: url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat;

    position: absolute;

    height: 277px;

    bottom: -7px;

    left: 0px;

    }

    h1.logo a span {

    position: absolute;

    top: -1000px;

    }

    h1.logo-text a {

    color: #black !important;

    text-decoration: none;

    outline: none;

    position: absolute;

    bottom: 70px;

    left: 5px;

    letter-spacing: 1px;

    }

    p.site-slogan {

    margin: 0;

    padding: 2px 5px;

    color: white;

    font-size: 100%;

    position: absolute;

    bottom: 50px;

    left: 0;

    }

    If anyone can help. I’d really appreciate it. Also, can anyone tell me how I can add a little boarder around the articles? Thanks.

    Not quite sure what you mean with hte logo, the logo looks blue and green to me.

    The logo I want to keep starts at the home tab and ends at the search box. The light green color after that was part of the old logo that was on top. How do I get rid of the default logo background that comes with the template?

    Take a look in the css file for this file name: header-bg.gif and relace it with what you want.

    Hey nguoiabcd, I want to get rid of that template color and leave it like the rest of the background. I dont want that light green or red or blue, I just want the background to be the same. Thanks.
