Can you make the navigation bar static in the JA BIZ template? i.e. that it will remain static and visible at all times when scrolling the page down, instead of rolling with the rest of the page.

Failing that or IN ADDITION, is it possible to create a static strip at the top of the page that will not scroll with the rest of the page, which can be used for a tel number, language switch etc. (A BIZ template)?
