Hi Zealze,

In case, JB menu module is installed before the JB component is installed; as a result of this bug.
When you uninstall JB component and re-install, the bug shall arise as above.

Hi,

Both of the menu were fixed but not for “Update Info” when registering new user.
Could you please fix this asap? An employer is waiting to post their vacancy with my site.

Btw, I understand from you explanation that I should remove and reinstall the module to fix this problem, correct ?

Thank you for you answer 🙂

Does this relate to the
Access denied. You don’t have permission to view this resource.
error I get when logging in as a job seeker?

Hi,

When 1 user registers as a job seeker, the initial default power assigned to the job seeker is provided in the Job seeker subscription (administrator->Subscription), because you modify power of Job seeker subscription (2 powers only); thereofre, when you registers as a job seeker, job seeker is not allowed to access to menus in front-end.

I have updated the job seeker subscription and updated the power of 2 job seeker on your site again.

Please kindly check. I hope this will help.

I checked and found that it’s fixed.
Thank you for your support.

Btw, the page still appear “No valid database connection”.
I already put the access data that you need. Please help and response to me in other Thread for this issue.
