Hello,

I am unable to add moderators to JA Voice. The add button is missing

also I cannot delete moderators when I select them and hit “delete” I just get send to a 404 not found page.

Is there a fix for this. It is very crippling being unable to add moderators.

I added the backend access for you. I do not know the FTP information so if that is absolutely necessary I will have to contact the host and get it then update this again.

Yes please. W/o FTP access i can’t check everything because i need take look into php code to see what’s going wrong.

Thanks for the quick reply – that didn’t help. By the way I still do not have the FTP information but I have extplorer and can access all the files from there. It’s under Components.

Thanks for the response. I hadn’t checked it since I hadn’t heard anything was done. I just did and the add button is there now ,Thank you.

I am not Directive but they do host and maintain my site.

The second part of my issue is still a problem though. I cannot delete moderators. Any idea on that one?
